理气化痰活血方治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Liqi Huatan Huoxue Decoction on Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的观察临床应用运用穆希权老中医"理气化痰活血方"治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(痰瘀互阻型)患者的临床疗效评价。方法将96例痰瘀互阻型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者,采用随机信封表法进行随机分组,分为对照组和观察组,各48例,两组均根据指南给予常规治疗,观察组另外给予理气化痰活血方治疗,治疗2周,观察两组患者治疗前后患者中医症状量化分级评分、血清炎症因子水平、肺功能指标及6 min步行试验,并评价临床疗效。结果观察组临床疗效有效率、中医症状量化评分、血清炎症因子水平、肺功能指标及6 min步行试验等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床应用理气化痰活血方可以改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(痰瘀互阻型)患者的临床症状并提高生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of"Liqi Huatan Huoxue Decoction"in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(phlegm and blood stasis type).Methods 96 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)of phlegm and blood stasis type were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The two groups were given routine treatment according to the guidelines,and the observation group was given liqicatan Huoxue Decoction for 2 week.The quantitative grading score of TCM symptoms and serum inflammatory factors of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.The clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results The clinical effective rate,TCM symptom quantitative score,serum inflammatory factor level,lung function index and 6 min walking test of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of Liqi Huatan Huoxue Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
