温针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探讨温针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法选取2017年10月—2020年1月北京市大兴区亦庄镇贵园社区卫生服务站治疗的128例膝骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为两组,对照组64例,研究组64例。对照组应用常规西药治疗,研究组在其基础上应用温针灸治疗,比较两组骨关节炎指数、膝关节屈曲度、临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者僵硬、疼痛、进行日常活动难度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者僵硬、疼痛、进行日常活动难度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者膝关节屈曲度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月、6个月后,研究组患者膝关节屈曲度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者总有效率[92.2%(59/64)]高于对照组[78.1%(50/64)](P<0.05)。结论温针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎取得满意的效果,能够改善患者的骨关节炎指数,增加膝关节屈曲度,临床疗效较高,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion on knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 128 patients with knee osteoarthritis who were treated in Daxing Yizhuang Town Garden Community Health Service Station from October 2017 to January 2020 were selected as study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups by numerical METhod,including 64 patients in the control group and 64 patients in the study group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of which,the osteoarthritis index,knee flexion and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of stiffness,pain and difficulty in daily activities between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of stiffness,pain and difficulty in daily activities in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the knee flexion between the two groups(P>0.05);after 1 and 6 months of treatment,the knee flexion in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group[92.2%(59/64)]was higher than that of the control group[78.1%(50/64)](P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,drug therapy combined with warm acupuncture treatment has achieved satisfactory results,which can more effectively improve the patients’osteoarthritis index,increase the degree of knee flexion,and has a high clinical effect,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
