优质护理对围术期脑肿瘤患者的干预效果研究

Effect of High-quality Nursing Intervention on Patients with Brain Tumors during Perioperative Period

目的探讨优质护理对围术期脑肿瘤患者的干预效果。方法选取2020年在北京市大兴区人民医院接受手术治疗的脑肿瘤患者80例为研究对象。根据护理方案的不同,将患者分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组进行常规护理,研究组进行优质护理。比较两组护理满意度和干预前后生活质量[通过生活质量评定量表(QOL-100)评估]、日常生活能力(ADL)[通过改良BI指数评定]、心理情绪[通过抑郁自评量表(SDS)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评估]及术后并发症发生率。结果研究组护理服务态度、护理操作水平、病情解释、业务水平、护理安全得分及护理满意度总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组干预后QOL-100评分、ADL评分高于对照组,SDS评分、SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对围术期脑肿瘤患者进行优质护理,可促进患者护理满意度及生活质量的提升,改善患者ADL及心理情绪,并降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on patients with brain tumors during perioperative period.Methods A total of 80 patients with brain tumors who underwent surgery in People’s Hospital of Daxing District in 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing programs,patients were divided into control group and study group,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received high-quality nursing.The nursing satisfaction,quality of life[assessed by the Quality of Life Rating Scale(QOL-100)],ability of daily living(ADL)(assessed by improved BI index)and psychology[assessed by the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and SelfRating Anxiety Scale(SAS)]before and after intervention and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing service attitude,nursing operation level,disease explanation,professional level,nursing safety score and nursing satisfaction total score of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the QOL-100 score and ADL score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,while the SDS score and SAS score were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out high-quality nursing care for patients with brain tumors during perioperative period can promote the improvement of nursing satisfaction and quality of life,improve ADL and psychological mood of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
