口腔精细护理对佩戴固定矫正器的正畸患者的护理效果研究

Effect of Fine Oral Care on Orthodontic Patients with Fixed Appliance

目的分析口腔精细护理对佩戴固定矫正器的正畸患者的护理效果。方法选取2018年9月—2020年12月解放军联勤保障部队第九六二医院收治的佩戴固定矫正器的正畸患者90例为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和实验组,各45例。对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用口腔精细护理。比较两组护理前后临床护理效果(包括牙龈指数、牙菌斑指数、牙釉质脱矿指数)、托槽脱落率、满意度评分。结果实验组护理后牙龈指数、牙菌斑指数、牙釉质脱矿指数低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组托槽脱落率低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口腔精细护理可改善佩戴固定矫正器的正畸患者的临床护理效果,降低托槽脱落率,还能够有效提升患者满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of fine oral care on orthodontic patients with fixed appliance.Methods Ninety orthodontic patients with fixed orthotics were selected from September 2018 to December 2020 in 962 Hospital of PLA Joint Logistics Support Force.The patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table METhod,45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the experimental group was given fine oral care.The clinical nursing effect(including gingival index,plaque index,enamel demineralization index)before and after nursing,bracket shedding rate and satisfaction score were compared between the two groups.Results The gingival index,plaque index and enamel demineralization index of the experimental group after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The drop off rate of the bracket in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine oral care can improve the clinical nursing effect of orthodontic patients with fixed appliance,reduce the bracket shedding rate,and effectively improve the satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
