循证护理在心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Evidence-based Nursing in Myocardial Infarction Patients Combined with Heart Failure

目的探究循证护理在心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取天津市北辰医院2019年10月—2020年11月收治的心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者88例,采用区组随机化分组法将所有患者分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组患者开展常规护理,观察组患者开展循证护理。比较两组患者24 h心动图恢复正常时间、住院时间、护理满意度评分及干预前后生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)各维度评分。结果观察组患者24 h心动图恢复正常时间、住院时间均短于对照组,护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者干预后心理功能、生理功能、社会功能及躯体功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者开展循证护理能有效缩短其心脏状态恢复时间及住院时间,提高患者生活质量及护理满意度。

Objective To study the application effect of evidence-based nursing in myocardial infarction patients combined with heart failure.Methods A total of 88 cases of myocardial infarction patients combined with heart failure in Tianjin Beichen Hospital from October 2019 to November 2020 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into control group(n=44)and observation group(n=44).Patients in the control group received routine nursing,while patients in the observation group received evidence-based nursing.The recovery time of 24 h cardiogram,hospitalization time,nursing satisfaction score and each dimension score of GQOLI-74 before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of 24 h cardiogram and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the score of nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of psychological function,physiological function,social function and physical function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing for myocardial infarction patients combined with heart failure can effectively shorten the recovery time of heart state and hospitalization time,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
