优质护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能及生活质量的影响研究

Effect of High Quality Nursing on Pulmonary Function and Quality of Life of Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探讨优质护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能及生活质量的影响,为临床实践提供理论依据。方法选取2019年10月—2020年10月中国人民解放军总医院收治的老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者56例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为参照组和研究组,各28例。参照组采用常规护理,研究组采用优质护理,比较护理前后肺功能指标及生活质量,护理满意度,住院时间。结果护理前,两组患者呼气峰流速、一秒用力呼气容积、SF-36量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组患者呼气峰流速、一秒用力呼气容积大于参照组,SF-36量表评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者满意度高于参照组,研究组患者住院时间短于参照组(P<0.05)。结论将优质护理应用于老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的治疗中,可有效提高患者的肺功能,有效改善生活质量,并得到患者满意评价,缩短住院时间,护理效果显著,可广泛应用于临床。

Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing on pulmonary function and quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),and to provide theoretical basis for clinical practice.Methods 56 elderly patients with COPD were treated in Chinese PLA General Hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as study subjects,the patients were randomly divided into control group and study group by numerical METhod,28 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given high-quality nursing.The pulmonary function indexes,quality of life before and after nursing,nursing satisfaction and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the peak expiratory velocity,forced expiratory volume in one second,SF-36 score between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the peak expiratory velocity,forced expiratory volume in one second,SF-36 score in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the length of hospital stay of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing in the treatment of elderly patients with COPD can effectively improve the lung function of patients,promote the effective improvement of the quality of life,and get the satisfactory evaluation of patients,shorten the treatment time,and the nursing effect is significant,which can be widely used in clinical practice.
