阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果及其对患者生活质量的影响

Clinical Effect of Aspirin Combined with Clopidogrel in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Angina Pectoris and Its Impact on the Quality of Life

目的探究阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果及其对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2016—2020年抚州市临川区人民医院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者56例为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和研究组。在常规治疗基础上,对照组患者给予阿司匹林治疗,研究组患者给予阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗。比较两组患者治疗后心绞痛症状(心绞痛发作次数和心绞痛持续时间)、治疗效果,治疗前后生活质量及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者治疗后心绞痛发作次数少于对照组,心绞痛持续时间短于对照组,治疗有效率和健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效确切,能有效减轻心绞痛症状,提高患者生活质量,且安全性较好。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of aspirin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris and its impact on the quality of life.Methods Fifty-six patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris in Fuzhou Linchuan People’s Hosptial from 2016 to 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and study group according to different treatment Methods.On the basis of conventional treatment,patients in the control group were treated with aspirin,while patients in the study group were treated with aspirin combined with clopidogrel.The symptoms of angina pectoris(attack frequency and duration of angina pectoris),treatment effect,SF-36 score before and after treatment and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the attack frequency of angina pectoris in the study group was less than that in the control group,the duration of angina pectoris was shorter than that in the control group,and the effective rate of treatment and SF-36 score in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of aspirin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris is definite,it can effectively reduce the symptoms of angina pectoris,improve the quality of life of patients,and has good safety.
