社区中西医结合治疗老年慢阻肺急性加重期的体会

Community Combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Senile Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Acute Aggravating Period of Experience

目的探讨在社区中西结合治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床疗效。方法选取2013年2月—2015年2月在社区诊治的120例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期老年患者,按照随机单盲法分为两组,对照组60例患者予以西医常规治疗,观察组60例患者在对照组基础上予以中药加味小青龙汤治疗,分析两组患者临床症状改善时间及中医症状积分情况,比较两组总有效率。结果观察组患者治疗后咳嗽、咯痰喘息及乏力等临床症状改善时间均明显少于对照组;观察组中医证候积分(6.97±2.05)分显著低于对照组(9.38±1.86),观察组总有效率为96.70%与对照组91.70%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在社区中西医结合治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病,临床疗效令人满意,可加快患者的康复速度。

Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment in the community of Chinese and western combined with senile acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease period clinical curative effect.Methods February 2013-February 2013 in the community make a diagnosis and give treatment of 120 cases with acute aggravating period of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,divided into two groups according to random single blind method,the control group of 60 patients to conventional western medicine treatment,observation group of 60 cases in the control group on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)flavored small qinglong decoction,analysis of two groups of patients with clinical symptoms improve time and TCM symptoms integral situation,comparing two groups total effective rate.Results The observation group after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms such as cough,cough up phlegm,wheezing,and lack of power to improve time were significantly less than the control group;Observation group(6.97±2.05)points of syndromes significantly lower than the control group(9.38±1.86),the observation group total effective rate was 96.70%compared with the control group 91.70%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of senile chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in community,the clinical curative effect is satisfactory,can accelerate the recovery of the patients.
