高渗盐水联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗新生儿肺部感染的疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究新生儿肺部感染疾病通过高渗盐水联合布地奈德雾化吸入的临床治疗效果进行分析。方法选取2018年3月—2020年3月湖南省长沙市第四医院儿科收治的80例新生儿肺部感染患儿为本次研究对象,并依据随机数表法将其分成对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组患儿在入院后实施常规治疗措施,对观察组患儿在常规治疗基础上加布地奈德混悬液加入浓度为3%的生理盐水采用雾化吸入的方式治疗。比较80例新生儿治疗后的临床治疗效果,临床症状消退时间,PaO2(动脉氧气分压)、PaCO2(二氧化碳分压)、SpO2(血氧饱和度)血气指标变化情况。结果观察组患儿的治疗总有效率为95.0%,对照组的总有效率为85.0%,两组比较,观察组的治疗效果更为显著,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.114,P<0.05);观察组新生的临床症状消退时间与对照组相比均较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿的动脉氧气分压、二氧化碳分压、血氧饱和度等血气指标在治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),另外,两组患儿的PaO2(动脉氧气分压)、PaCO2(二氧化碳分压)、SpO2(血氧饱和度)与对照组相比均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对新生儿发生的肺部感染情况通过浓度为3%的高渗盐水联合布地奈德治疗的临床效率较为显著,且临床症状消退时间较快,新生儿的动脉氧气分压、二氧化碳分压、血氧饱和度等血气指标明显改善,临床值得推广。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of hypertonic saline combined with Budesonide Aerosol inhalation in the treatment of neonatal pulmonary infection.Methods 80 cases of neonatal pulmonary infection from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the table of random numbers,40 cases in each group.The children in the control group were treated with routine therapy after admission.The children in the observation group were treated with nebulized inhalation of budesonide suspension and 3%normal saline on the basis of routine therapy.The clinical effect of 80 neonates after treatment,the time of clinical symptom subsiding,and the change of blood gas index of PaO2,Pa CO2,SPO2 and Oxygenation were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%,and that of the control group was 85.0%.The comparison between the two groups showed that the treatment effect of the observation group was more significant,with significant difference(χ2=4.114,P<0.05).The clinical symptom subsiding time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in arterial oxygen pressure,carbon dioxide pressure and blood gas index between the two groups before treatment(P<0.05),PaO2(partial arterial oxygen pressure),PaCO2(partial pressure of carbon dioxide)and SPO2(partial pressure of SPO2)in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pulmonary infection in newborns treated with 3%hypertonic saline combined with budesonide is clinically effective,and the clinical symptoms subside more quickly,the arterial oxygen partial pressure,carbon dioxide partial pressure and blood gas index of newborn were obviously improved,so it is worth popularizing in clinic.
