舒适护理及实施流程在胸外科护理中的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Comfort Nursing and Implementation Process in Thoracic Surgery Nursing

目的分析研究舒适护理及实施流程在胸外科护理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年3月—2019年3月期间复旦大学附属华山医院胸外科收治的64例患者,根据护理方法不同将患者分为对照组和研究组,每组32例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上实施舒适护理及实施流程,比较两组的护理效果。结果研究组术后首次下床时间和住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),焦虑和抑郁评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理及实施流程在胸外科护理中的应用效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To analyze and study the application effect of comfort care and implementation process in thoracic surgery nursing.Methods 64 cases of patients admitted to the department of thoracic Surgery in the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into control group and study group,with 32 cases in each group.Among them,the control group implemented routine nursing,the study group was given routine nursing implementation of comfort care and implementation process more,the two groups of nursing effect were compared.Results The first postoperative time out of bed and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than the control group(P<0.05),anxiety and depression scores were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of complications was lower than the control group(P<0.05),nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of comfort nursing and implementation process in thoracic surgery nursing is remarkable and worthy of promotion.
