舒适护理在慢性心力衰竭患者护理中的应用探究

Application of Comfort Nursing in Nursing Care of Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的探讨舒适护理在慢性心力衰竭患者护理中的应用。方法选取2019年7月—2020年7月北京市大兴区人民医院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者88例,随机数字法分为两组,对照组应用常规护理干预,研究组应用舒适护理干预。结果研究组护理效果高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组气喘缓解时间、心率恢复正常时间、住院天数及水肿消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组SDS评分与SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在慢性心力衰竭患者护理中实施舒适护理可以提高护理效果,缩短临床症状消失时间,改善负面情绪,值得大力推广。

Objective To explore the application of comfort nursing in the nursing of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 88 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to the hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected.They were divided into two groups by random number method.The control group applied conventional nursing intervention and the study group applied comfortable nursing intervention.Results The nursing effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the time to relieve asthma,the time to return to normal heart rate,the length of hospitalization and the disappearance of edema in the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);the SDS score and SAS score of the study group were lower in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comfort nursing in the nursing of patients with chronic heart failure can improve the nursing effect,shorten the time for clinical symptoms to disappear,and improve negative emotions.It is worthy of vigorous promotion.
