品管圈对老年宫颈癌患者围术期术后疼痛及焦虑情绪的影响

Effect of Quality Control Circle on Postoperative Pain and Anxiety in Elderly Patients with Cervical Cancer

目的研究品管圈对老年宫颈癌患者围术期术后疼痛及焦虑情绪的影响。方法选取2018年10月—2020年6月哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院收治的老年宫颈癌患者68例,采用随机数字表法分试验组与常规组,各34例。常规组实施常规护理,试验组采用品管圈,观察两组护理前后疼痛情况、焦虑情绪及睡眠质量改善情况。结果护理前,两组疼痛情况与焦虑情绪比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,与常规组比较,试验组VAS评分、SAS评分降低(P<0.05)。与常规组比较,试验组患者睡眠时间、睡眠质量、日间功能、睡眠效率评分升高(P<0.05)。结论对老年宫颈癌患者采用品管圈措施能有效改善其自身睡眠质量,纾解患者不良情绪,帮助其树立战胜疾病信心,减轻患者自身疼痛感,显著提高临床治疗效果,改善其预后及生活质量,促进患者病情康复,使得最终治疗效果较为显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of quality control circle on postoperative pain and anxiety in elderly patients with cervical cancer.Methods Sixty-eight elderly patients with cervical cancer in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from October 2018 to June 2020 were enrolled,divided into experimental group and conventional group by random number table method,34 cases in each group.The conventional group received conventional care,the experimental group received quality control circle.The pain,anxiety and sleep quality of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in pain and anxiety between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,compared with the conventional group,the VAS score and SAS score of the experimental group decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the conventional group,the scores of sleep time,sleep quality,daytime function and sleep efficiency increased in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of quality control measures for elderly patients with cervical cancer can effectively improve their own sleep quality,relieve their negative emotions,help them to overcome the disease confidence,reduce the patient’s own pain,significantly improve the clinical treatment effect,improve their prognosis and life.The quality and promotion of the patient’s condition recovery make the final treatment effect more significant,which is worthy of clinical application.
