提升自我效能感在老年脑卒中患者吞咽功能康复护理中的应用效果研究

Application Effect of Improving Self-efficacy in Rehabilitation Nursing of Swallowing Function in Elderly Stroke Patients

目的探讨提升自我效能感在老年脑卒中患者吞咽功能康复护理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年3月—2020年3月连云港市第一人民医院收治的脑卒中患者60例为研究对象。按照康复护理方法的不同,将其分为对照组(采用常规康复护理措施)和观察组(在常规康复护理的基础上增加提升自我效能感康复护理措施),各30例。比较两组患者护理前和护理后标准吞咽功能评价量表(SSA)评分、国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分和日常生活能力(ADL)评分。结果观察组患者护理后SSA评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组、观察组患者护理后SSA评分分别低于本组护理后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后NIHSS评分低于对照组,ADL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组、观察组患者护理后NIHSS评分分别低于本组护理前,ADL评分分别高于本组护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论提升自我效能感在老年脑卒中患者吞咽功能康复护理中的应用效果显著,可以有效改善患者的吞咽功能,减轻神经缺损症状,提高患者日常生活能力,进而提高患者的生活质量,具有十分重要的临床应用价值,值得推荐患者选用。

Objective To explore the application effect of improving self-efficacy in rehabilitation nursing of swallowing function in elderly stroke patients.Methods 60 stroke patients admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Lianyungang from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the different rehabilitation nursing methods,they were divided into control group(using conventional rehabilitation nursing measures)and observation group(adding rehabilitation nursing measures to improve self-efficacy on the basis of conventional rehabilitation nursing),30 cases in each group.The scores of standard swallowing function assessment(SSA),National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and activities of daily living(ADL)were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results The SSA score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SSA scores of the control group and the observation group were lower than those before nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,NIHSS score of observation group was lower than that of control group,ADL score of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The NIHSS scores of the control group and the observation group after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and the ADL scores were higher than those before nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Improving self-efficacy has significant application effects in the rehabilitation nursing of swallowing function in elderly stroke patients,which can effectively improve the swallowing function of patients,reduce symptoms of neurological deficits,improve the ability of daily living of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.It has very important clinical application value and is worth recommending to patients.
