多层螺旋CT检查在周围型肺癌诊断中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Multi-slice Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Peripheral Lung Cancer

目的探讨多层螺旋CT在周围型肺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2018年11月—2020年11月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九四五医院放射诊断科收治的临床诊断为周围型肺癌的患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组采用常规X线检查进行诊断,观察组采用多层螺旋CT检查进行诊断。比较两组患者影像学特征检出率(主要包括胸膜凹陷征、血管集束征、胸腔积液及厚壁空洞)、检出阳性率(包括肺内病灶和肺外病灶的检出阳性率)。结果观察组患者胸膜凹陷征、血管集束征、胸腔积液、厚壁空洞检出率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者肺内病灶、肺外病灶的检出阳性率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用多层螺旋CT检查诊断周围型肺癌患者能够增加影像学特征检出率及检查阳性率,但在临床中选择检查方法时应根据实际情况,以促进患者后期恢复。

Objective To explore the application value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer.Methods From November 2018 to November 2020,80 patients with peripheral lung cancer who were clinically diagnosed in Department of Diagnostic Radiology,945 Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to the random number table method.The control group was diagnosed by conventional X-ray examination,and the observation group was diagnosed by multi-slice spiral CT examination.The detection rate of imaging features(mainly including pleural indentation sign,vascular bundle sign,pleural effusion and thick walled cavity)and positive rate(including the detection rate of pulmonary lesions and extrapulmonary lesions)of the two groups were compared.Results The detection rates of pleural indentation sign,vascular bundle sign,pleural effusion and thick walled cavity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The positive rates of pulmonary lesions and extrapulmonary lesions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT can increase the detection rate of imaging features and the positive rate of examination in the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer,but the selection of examination methods in clinical should be based on the actual situation,in order to promote the recovery of patients.
