丙泊酚+瑞芬太尼静脉麻醉下无痛胃镜检查的临床效果及价值体会

Clinical Effect and Value of Painless Gastroscopy Under Intravenous Anesthesia with Propofol and Remifentanil

目的分析丙泊酚+瑞芬太尼静脉麻醉对无痛胃镜检查的临床效果。方法2018年10月—2020年10月区间,纳入100例接受无痛胃镜检查病例样本作为观察对象,以麻醉方案差异性分组,50例归入对比组(丙泊酚静脉麻醉)、50例归入研究组(丙泊酚+瑞芬太尼静脉麻醉),比较两组麻醉效果。结果研究组麻醉效果100.00%较对比组94.00%更高,麻醉诱导、苏醒以及离院等用时均较对比组更短,丙泊酚用量较对比组更少,不良反应发生率4.00%较对比组16.00%更低(P<0.05);麻醉前,两组HR、DBP、SBP比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),苏醒时,研究组HR、DBP、SBP均更优(P<0.05)。结论在无痛胃镜检查中,采取丙泊酚+瑞芬太尼联合静脉麻醉方案,可获得理想、满意麻醉效果,麻醉诱导、苏醒以及离院等用时较短,且患者体征不会发生较大波动,不良反应发生率低,安全性可靠。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of propofol+remifentanil intravenous anesthesia on painless gastroscopy.Methods Based on the October 2018-October 2020 interval,100 cases of painless gastroscopy were included as the observation object,and the anesthesia plan was divided into groups.50 cases were classified into the comparison group(propofol intravenous anesthesia),50 cases Cases were classified into the study group(propofol+remifentanil intravenous anesthesia).The anesthesia effects were compared.Results The anesthesia effect of the study group was 100.00%,whichwas higher than 94.00%of the control group.The time for induction of anesthesia,recovery and discharge from the hospital was shorter than that of the control group,the dosage of propofol was less than the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 4.00%.Group 16.00%was lower(P<0.05);Before anesthesia,there was no difference in HR,DBP,SBP between the two groups(P>0.05),and when regained,the study group had better HR,DBP,SBP(P<0.05).Conclusion In painless gastroscopy,the combination of propofol and remifentanil combined with intravenous anesthesia can achieve ideal and satisfactory anesthesia effects.The time for induction of anesthesia,recovery,and discharge from the hospital is shorter,and the patient’s physical signs will not occur.Large fluctuations,low incidence of adverse reactions,and reliable safety.
