膝骨性关节炎应用康复训练联合中医针灸治疗的效果及复发情况研究分析

Research and Analysis of the Effect and Recurrence of Knee Osteoarthritis Patients with Rehabilitation Training Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture

目的分析膝骨性关节炎应用康复训练联合中医针灸治疗的效果及复发情况。方法以四川省阿坝藏族羌族自治州人民医院2016年5月—2019年5月收治的600例膝骨性关节炎患者为对象,按电脑数字表法随机分为两组,对照组300例予以中医针灸治疗,试验组300例予以康复训练联合中医针灸治疗,比较两组疗效、症状改善情况、膝关节功能及复发情况。结果治疗后,试验组有效率为96.67%,比对照组的81.67%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组西部安大略麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数可视化量表(WOMAC)评分为(19.50±4.47)分,比对照组的(37.00±5.24)分低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)评分为(90.59±7.54)分,比对照组的(75.28±10.61)分高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组复发率是4.00%,比对照组的17.00%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝骨性关节炎患者应用康复训练联合中医针灸治疗的效果显著,可促使患者症状缓解,改善膝关节功能,并防止复发。

Objective To analyze the effect and recurrence of knee osteoarthritis patients using rehabilitation training combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture.Methods 600 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients were admitted to the hospital from May 2016 to May 2019 and divided into two groups according to computer digital meter methods,300 cases in the control group were treated with Chinese medicine and acupuncture,and 300 cases in the experimental group were treated with rehabilitation training combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture.The curative effect,improvement of symptoms,bone metabolism index and recurrence between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%,which was higher than the 81.67%of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The Western Ontario MacMaster University Osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)score of the experimental group was(19.50±4.47)points,which was lower than(37.00±5.24)points in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The Japanese orthopaedic association(JOA)score of the experimental group was(90.59±7.54)points,which was higher than(75.28±10.61)points in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the experimental group was 4.00%,which was lower than 17.00%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation training combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture for knee osteoarthritis patients,can promote the effective relief of patients'symptoms,improve their knee function,as well as prevent relapse.
