分析阿帕替尼联合化疗对晚期肺癌患者疾病治疗及预后的影响

The Effect of Apatinib Combined with Chemotherapy on Disease Treatment and Prognosis of Patients with AdvancedLung Cancer

目的研究晚期肺癌患者应用阿帕替尼联合化疗治疗对其预后的影响。方法选取2017年4月—2019年1月期间在北京市朝阳区三环肿瘤医院接受治疗的84例晚期肺癌患者,将其分为两组,每组42例。对照组采取常规药物化疗,观察组应用阿帕替尼联合化疗,比较两组生存情况、治疗效果和不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为92.9%,高于对照组的76.2%;观察组患者的总生存期为(22.34±1.21)个月,长于对照组的(18.31±1.12)个月,无进展生存期为(22.34±1.21)个月,长于对照组的(14.31±1.34)个月,生活质量评分为(85.84±4.66)分,高于对照组的(70.15±1.48)分;观察组的不良反应发生率为14.3%,低于对照组的42.8%(P<0.05)。结论阿帕替尼联合化疗对晚期肺癌患者进行治疗的效果显著,可有效延长患者的生存期,提高患者的生存质量,减少不良反应的发生情况,安全性高,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of apatinib combined with chemotherapy on the prognosis of patients withadvanced lung cancer.Methods Eighty-four patients with advanced lung cancer who were treated in the hospital from April 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into two groups,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventionaldrug chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with apatinib combined with chemotherapy.The two groups were comparedfor survival,treatment effect and occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observationgroup was 92.9%,which was higher than 76.2%in the control group.The overall survival time of the patients in the observation groupwas(22.34±1.21)months,which was longer than(18.31±1.12)months in the control group.The survival timewithout progresswas(22.34±1.21)months,which was longer than(14.31±1.34)months in the control group,and the quality of life score was(85.84±4.66)points,which was higher than the(70.15±1.48)points in the control group;The response rate was 14.3%,whichwas lower than 42.8%in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Apatinib combined with chemotherapy is effective in treatingpatients with advanced lung cancer.It can effectively prolong the survival of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,reducethe incidence of adverse reactions,and is highly safe and worthy of promotion.
