普拉克索+多巴丝肼片治疗帕金森病的应用效果及CRP、TNF-α水平影响分析

Application Effect of Pramipexole+Dopasrazide Tablets in the Treatment of Parkinson's Disease and Analysis of the Effects of CRP and Tnf-αLevels

分析帕金森病用普拉克索+多巴丝肼片治疗效果及对CRP、TNF-α水平影响。方法在2018年5月—2019年6月选取鄄城县人民医院收治的80例帕金森病患者进行研究,将患者按照入院先后顺序进行编号,随机分为对照组、治疗组。对照组(n=40)用多巴丝肼片治疗,治疗组(n=40)用普拉克索+多巴丝肼片治疗,比较两组整体治疗情况、炎症因子水平、血清指标、不良反应发生率。结果治疗组整体治疗情况明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组炎症因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组血清BDNF、5-HT、NE水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论帕金森病患者在行多巴丝肼片治疗中,联合普拉克索,既可提高患者整体治疗效果,又可减少炎症因子,改善血清指标,临床疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of pramipexole+dopazosin tablets for Parkinson's disease and its effect on CRP and TNF-αlevels.Methods From May 2018 to June 2019,80 patients with Parkinson's disease admitted to the hospital were selected for study.The patients were numbered according to the order of admission and randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group.The control group(n=40)was treated with dopazozide tablets,and the treatment group(n=40)was treated with pramipexole+dopazozide tablets.The overall treatment status,inflammatory factor levels,serum indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The overall treatment of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the level of inflammatory factors in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of Parkinson's disease,doxerzine tablets combined withpramipexole can not only improve the overall treatment effect of patients,but also reduce inflammatory factors and improve serum indicators.The clinical effect is remarkable and worth promoting.
