优质护理服务在心胸外科临床护理中的运用分析

Analysis on the Application of High-Quality Nursing Service in Clinical Nursing of Cardiothoracic Surgery

目的探究分析优质护理服务在心胸外科临床护理中的运用效果。方法2019年1月—2020年2月,湖北省恩施州中心医院心胸外科共收治患者450余例,根据计算机随机分组法将抽样的108例患者分为优质组与常规组,优质组54例给予优质护理服务,常规组54例给予常规护理服务,采用统计学方法对比两组患者的心理状态、护理满意度。结果优质组护理前的SAS评分(48.7±5.3)分、SDS评分(49.2±5.2)分与常规组护理前的SAS评分(49.0±5.1)分、SDS评分(49.0±5.3)分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组护理后的SAS评分、SDS评分低于护理前,优质组护理后的SAS评分(27.6±4.1)分、SDS评分(28.0±4.0)分明显低于常规组护理后的SAS评分(37.9±4.5)分、SDS评分(38.4±4.7)分(P<0.05)。优质组患者的护理满意度(病房管理、服务态度、专科技术、心理护理)均大于常规组(P<0.05)。结论在心胸外科临床护理中实施优质护理服务,可有效改善患者的心理状态,可有效提高患者对临床护理工作的满意度,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of quality nursing service in clinical nursing of cardiac and thoracic surgery.Methods Between January 2019 and February 2020,more than 450 patients with thoracic surgeons were treated at Enshi Central Hospital of Hubei Province,according to the computer random grouping method the sampling of 108 patients were divided into high quality group and normal group,the group of 54 cases to give high quality nursing service,regular group of 54 cases given routine nursing care,the statistical methods of the two groups of patients'psychological state,care satisfaction were compared.Results There was no difference between SAS score(48.7±5.3)and SDS score(49.2±5.2)in the quality group before nursing and SAS score(49.0±5.1)and SDS score(49.0±5.3)in the conventional group before nursing(P>0.05).The SAS scores and SDS scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and the SAS scores(27.6±4.1)and SDS scores(28.0±4.0)of the quality group after nursing were significantly lower than those of the conventional group after nursing(37.9±4.5)and SDS scores(38.4±4.7)(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction(ward management,service attitude,specialty technology,psychological nursing)of patients in the quality group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of quality nursing service in the clinical nursing of cardiac and thoracic surgery can effectively improve the psychological state of patients,and can effectively improve the satisfaction of patients with clinical nursing work,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
