综合护理干预在肺炎患者感染控制中的应用价值

Application Value of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Infection Control of Pneumonia Patients

目的探讨综合护理干预在肺炎患者感染控制中的应用价值,为临床实践提供理论依据。方法以60例肺炎患者为对象,研究时间为2019年2月—2020年2月,30例实施常规护理,视为参照组,30例实施综合护理干预,视为研究组,比较护理效果。结果研究组护理后PCT水平、CRP水平均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对于脉氧分压、血氧饱和度,研究组明显更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组感染控制有效率明显更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺炎患者实施综合护理干预,有效改善肺功能、血气指标,促进感染控制,提高护理满意度,护理效果显著,可广泛应用于临床。

Objective To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in infection control of pneumonia patients,and to provide theoretical basis for clinical practice.Methods A total of 60 patients with pneumonia were studied from February 2019 to February 2020.30 patients were given routine nursing care,30 patients were given comprehensive nursing care.Results The levels of PCT and CRP in the study group were significantly higher than those in the Control Group(P<0.05).For pulse oxygen partial pressure and Oxygenation,the study group was significantly better,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of infection control in the study group was significantly better than that in the Control Group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was better than that of the Control Group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve pulmonary function,blood gas index,promote infection control,improve nursing satisfaction and nursing effect,which can be widely used in clinic.
