心理护理在经桡动脉行冠心病介入治疗中的应用及对患者心功能指标的影响

Application of Psychological Nursing in Interventional Treatment of Coronary Artery Disease Through Radial Artery and its Influence on Cardiac Function Index

目的探究心理护理在经桡动脉行冠心病介入治疗中的应用及对患者心功能指标的影响。方法选取四川省凉山州西昌市彝族自治州第一人民医院2018年2月—2019年2月收治的冠心病患者120例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各60例,前者给予常规的护理治疗,后者在常规护理的基础上加用心理护理,在术前、术后进行更为细致的护理。结果研究组患者心功能分级情况显著优于对照组患者,同时研究组冠脉缺血发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者并发症发生率为1.67%,显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者满意度为93.33%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对经桡动脉行冠心病介入治疗的患者进行心理护理,能够改善患者的心功能水平,减少治疗后冠脉缺血的发生率,减少并发症发生,以更好的护理治疗提高患者对护理工作的理解,减少护患纠纷发生。

Objective To explore the application of psychological nursing in the interventional treatment of coronary artery disease via radial artery and its influence on cardiac function index.Methods 120 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into control group and study group,60 cases in each group.The former received routine nursing treatment and the latter was based on routine nursing.Psychological care was added and more detailed care was taken before and after surgery.Results The grading of cardiac function in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group.The incidence of coronary ischemia was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the study group was 1.67%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the study group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing for patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention for coronary heart disease can improve the patient's cardiac function,reduce the incidence of coronary ischemia after treatment,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the patient's treatment with better nursing treatment.Better nursing treatment can improve patients'understanding of nursing work and reduces the occurrence of nurse-patient disputes.
