急诊护理流程对急性脑梗死病人急救质量、生活质量、满意度的研究

Study on Emergency Nursing Process on the Quality of First Aid, Quality of Life and Satisfaction of Patients with AcuteCerebral Infarction

目的探究急性脑梗死患者采用急诊护理流程对急救质量、生活质量以及满意度的影响。方法将2018年2月—2019年7月新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院90例急性脑梗死患者纳为研究样本,遵照随机数字表法分成两组,各45例。常规组行常规护理,试验组行急诊护理流程干预。比较两组急救质量、生活质量和满意度。结果护理后,试验组入院到接受治疗时间(38.14±3.49)min、神经营养因子(6.80±1.22)ng/mL、神经生长因子(115.70±3.58)pg/mL与常规组(71.40±2.20)min、(3.50±1.10)ng/mL、(71.45±4.17)pg/mL比较,差异有统计学意义(t=54.0813,P<0.05;t=13.4762,P<0.05;t=54.0105,P<0.05);试验组护理后SF-36评分(80.12±5.64)分与常规组(72.69±5.77)分比较,差异有统计学意义(t=6.1773,P<0.05);常规组护理总满意度80.00%低于试验组97.78%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.9390,P<0.05)。结论急诊护理流程应用于急性脑梗死患者中效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of emergency nursing process on the quality of first aid,life quality and satisfaction of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods From February 2018 to July 2019,90 patients with acute cerebral infarction in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People's Hospital were enrolled as research samples.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,45 cases in each group.Routine nursing was performed in the routine group,and emergency nursing process intervention was performed in the experimental group.First aid quality,life quality and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing care,the time from admission to treatment(38.14±3.49)min,neurotrophic factor(6.80±1.22)ng/ml,nerve growth factor(115.70±3.58)pg/ml in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the conventional group(71.40±2.20)min,(3.50±1.10)ng/ml,and(71.45±4.17)pg/ml(t=54.0813,P<0.05;t=13.4762,P<0.05;t=54.0105,P<0.05)After nursing,SF-36 score(80.12±5.64)in the routine group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(72.69±5.77)(t=6.1773,P<0.05);the total satisfaction of nursing in the routine group was 80.00%lower than that in the experimental group(97.78%),which was statistically significant(χ2=4.9390,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of emergency nursing process in patients with acute cerebral infarction has significant effect and is worth popularizing.
