摘要
目的探索护理干预对产后盆底功能康复的影响。方法选择120例初产妇为试验对象,选择单双号随机化分组,各60例,分别选择综合护理、常规护理。结果观察组对疾病知识了解度(98.33%)、遵医行为(100.00%)、临床症状发生率(1.67%)、盆底肌肌力≥3级率(76.67%)、I-QOL评分(3.17±0.16)分、ICIQ-SF评分(72.19±5.33)分别优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加强产妇产后的综合护理指导,能够利于盆底功能恢复。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of postpartum pelvic floor function.Methods 120 cases of parturient women were selected as the subjects,they were randomly divided into single and double number groups,60 cases in each group,and comprehensive nursing and routine nursing were selected respectively.Results In the observation group,the understanding of disease knowledge(98.33%),compliance behavior(100.00%),complication rate(1.67%),pelvic floor muscle strength level 5 rate(76.67%),I-QOL score(3.17±0.16)and ICIQ-SF score(72.19±5.33)were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the comprehensive nursing guidance of puerpera can be beneficial to the recovery of pelvic floor function.
