细节护理在腹腔镜下子宫切除手术中的应用及效果评价

Application and Effect Evaluation of Detailed Nursing in Laparoscopic Hysterectomy

目的评价细节护理在腹腔镜下子宫切除手术中的应用及效果。方法随机选取2017年8月—2019年8月电子科技大学医学院附属医院腹腔镜下子宫切除手术患者90例,随机分为细节护理组(n组(n=45)两组。结果细节护理组患者的手术时间(60.3±11.3)min显著短于常规护理组(79.6±11.3)min(P<0.05),术后排气时间(3.0±1.0)d显著短于常规护理组(5.6±1.4)d(P<0.05),住院时间(9.0±1.2)d显著短于常规护理组(15.6±2.5)d(P<0.05),VAS评分(2.3±0.7)分显著低于常规护理组(4.7±1.1)分(P<0.05)。在护理满意度方面,细节护理组为95.6%(43/45),常规护理组为68.9%(31/45),前者显著高于后者(P<0.05)。细节护理组患者护理后较护理前的SF-36评分升高幅度显著高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论细节护理在腹腔镜下子宫切除手术中的应用效果较常规护理好。

Objective To evaluate the application and effect of detailed nursing in laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods From August 2017 to August 2019,90 patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy in the hospital were randomly divided into two groups:detail nursing group(n=45)and routine nursing group(n=45).Results The operation time of the patients in the detail nursing group(60.3±11.3)min was significantly shorter than that in the routine nursing group(79.6±11.3)min(P<0.05),and the postoperative exhaust time was significantly shorter than that in the routine nursing group(5.6±1.4)days.The hospitalization time of(9.0±1.2)d was significantly shorter than that of routine nursing group(15.6±2.5)d(P<0.05),VAS score,which was significantly lower than that of routine nursing group(P<0.05),and the score of hospitalization was significantly shorter than that of routine nursing group(P<0.05),and the score of hospitalization was significantly shorter than that of routine nursing group(P<0.05).In terms of nursing satisfaction,95.6%(43/45)in detail nursing group and 68.9%(31/45)in routine nursing group were significantly higher than those in the latter(P<0.05).The SF-36 score of the patients in the detail nursing group was significantly higher than that in the routine nursing group after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of detail nursing in laparoscopic hysterectomy is better than that of routine nursing.
