中医护理在高血压患者健康教育中的应用体会

Application Experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing in Health Education of Patients with Hypertension

目的探析中医护理在高血压患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法2019年2月—2020年2月,选取新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院86名高血压患者按照单盲法分成两组,对照组行常规健康教育,对患者进行常规用药指导、饮食指导、运动指导等。观察组在对照组基础上进行中医护理指导,分别利用中药泡水代茶饮、足浴疗法、耳穴贴压法对患者进行护理,对两组疗效和并发症发生情况进行观察和对比。其中患者经过治疗和护理后,疗效为显效、有效、无效。显效和有效患者之和在总患者中占比即为治疗有效率。结果观察组治疗有效率为95.65%,对照组为80.00%,观察组急性心梗、心绞痛、急性脑梗的发病率为4.35%,对照组为20.00%,观察组治疗有效率和并发症发生率等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在高血压患者健康教育中增加中医护理相关教育内容,患者治疗效果得到明显提升,并且并发症明显降低。因此中医护理在高血压患者健康教育中的应用效果较好,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of TCM nursing in the health education of patients with hypertension.Methods From February 2019 to February 2020,86 hypertensive patients in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People's Hospital were divided into two groups per the single-blind method.The control group was given routine health education,and the patients were given routine medication guidance,diet guidance,exercise guidance,etc.The observation group guided the nursing of traditional Chinese medicine based on the control group,and used the traditional Chinese medicine syrup method,foot bath therapy,and auricular point sticking method to care for the patients,and observed and compared the efficacy and complications of the two groups.Among them,after treatment and nursing,the curative effect is markedly effective,effective and ineffective.The proportion of marked and effective patients in the total patients is the treatment efficiency.Results The treatment effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%,the control group was 80.00%,the incidence of acute myocardial infarction,angina,and acute cerebral infarction in the observation group was 4.35%,and the control group was 20.00%.The treatment efficiency and complications of the observation group Rate and other indicators are better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the health education of hypertension patients,the education content of TCM nursing is added,the treatment effect of patients is significantly improved,and the complications are significantly reduced.Therefore,the application of TCM nursing in the health education of patients with hypertension is good,and it is worth popularizing and applying.
