镜像疗法结合运动想象训练对脑卒中患者的影响研究

Impact of Mirror Therapy Combined with Exercise Imagination Training on Patients with Stroke

目的探讨镜像疗法结合运动想象训练对脑卒中患者的影响。方法选取2018年5月—2019年5月哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院收治的脑卒中患者98例,按照住院床位单双号分为对照组和观察组,各49例。在规范化治疗基础上,对照组患者给予单纯运动想象训练,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予镜像疗法;两组患者均持续干预8周。比较两组患者干预前后Fugl-Meyer评定量表下肢部分(FMA-LE)评分、Brunnstrom分期、改良Barthel指数(mBI)评分、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分及健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分。结果两组患者干预前FMA-LE评分、Brunnstrom分期比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者干预后FMA-LE评分高于对照组,Brunnstrom分期优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者干预前mBI评分、BBS评分、SF-36评分及干预后BBS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者干预后mBI评分、SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论镜像疗法结合运动想象训练能有效促进脑卒中患者患侧下肢功能恢复,提高患者日常生活能力及生活质量。

Objective To investigate impact of mirror therapy combined with exercise imagination training on patients with stroke. Methods A total of 98 patients with stroke were selected in the First Hospital Affiliated to Harbin Medical University from May 2018 to May 2019,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to number of hospital beds(odd or even),with 49 cases in each group. Patients in control group received exercise imagination training only based on standardized treatment,while patients in observation group received mirror therapy based on that of control group;both groups were continuously intervened for 8 weeks. FMA-LE score,Brunnstrom staging,mBI score,BBS score and SF-36 score were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results There was no statistically significant difference in FMA-LE score or Brunnstrom staging between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);FMA-LE score in observation group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group after intervention,while Brunnstrom staging in observation group was statistically significantly better than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in mBI score,BBS score or SF-36 score before intervention or BBS score after intervention between the two groups(P>0.05);mBI score and SF-36 score in observation group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group after intervention(P<0.05). Conclusion Mirror therapy combined with exercise imagination training can effectively promote the recovery of lower limb function of patients with stroke,as well as improve the activity of daily living and quality of life.
