冠心病PCI术后住院患者健商的现状调查与影响因素分析

Investigation and Analysis of Influencing Factors of Health Quotient of Inpatients with Coronary Heart Disease after PCI

目的调查冠心病PCI术后住院患者健商水平并分析其影响因素。方法便利抽取衡阳市三甲医院192名冠心病PCI术后住院患者患者,采用一般资料调查问卷和简要健商指数测评20题问卷进行问卷调查。结果冠心病PCI术后住院患者健商总均分(59.92±10.55)分,其中12名(6.2%)患者健商得分达到80分,112名(58.3%)患者的健商得分小于60分。多元回归分析显示,年龄、文化程度、居住地、有无其他疾病是其主要影响因素。结论冠心病PCI术后住院患者健商水平有待提高,医护人员应重点关注年龄小于60岁、文化层次较低、农村和县城及合并其它疾病的患者。

Objective To investigate the health quotient level of inpatients with coronary heart disease(CAD)after PCI and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 192 inpatients with coronary heart disease after PCI in Hengyang Grade A Hospital were investigated with general data questionnaire and brief health quotient index questionnaire.Results The total average score of health quotient of inpatients with coronary heart disease after PCI was(59.92±10.55).Among them,the score of health quotient of 12 patients(6.2%)reached 80 points,and the score of health quotient of 112 patients(58.3%)was less than 60 points.Multiple regression analysis showed that age,education level,place of residence and other diseases were the main influencing factors.Conclusion The health quotient level of inpatients with coronary heart disease after PCI needs to be improved.Doctors and nurses should pay more attention to the patients who are less than 60 years old,low cultural level,rural and county towns and complicated with other diseases.
