耐多药肺结核行养阴补肺中药治疗的疗效与对免疫功能的影响探究

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Yangyin Bufei on Multi-Drug Resistant Pulmonary Tuberculosis and its 12 Effect on Immune Function

目的分析耐多药肺结核应用养阴补肺中药治疗的临床效果及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法于连州市中医院2017年1月—2019年1月收治的耐多药肺结核患者中选取100例,分为两组,每组50例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,研究组在此基础上应用养阴补肺中药治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果及免疫功能改善情况。结果研究组随访3个月的结核菌转阴率为64.0%,6个月后的转阴率为90.0%,与对照组比较均显著较高(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后的CD3+为(59.6±4.9)%、CD4+为(36.1±5.2)%,CD8+为(21.8±3.7)%,与对照组各指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率为96.0%,对照组有效率为78.0%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论养阴补肺中药应用于耐多药肺结核治疗的临床效果显著,可有效改善患者免疫功能,加速患者痰结核菌培养结核菌转阴,从而提高患者生活质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Yangyin Bufei in the treatment of multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis and its effect on immune function.Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,100 patients with multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine western medicine.On this basis,the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine for nourishing yin and tonifying lung,and the therapeutic effect and immune function improvement of the two groups were compared.Results The negative conversion rate of tuberculosis bacteria in the study group was 64.0%after 3 months follow-up and 90.0%after 6 months follow-up,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD3,CD4 and CD8 of the study group were(59.6±4.9)%,(36.1±5.2)%and(21.8±3.7)%,respectively,which were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 96.0%in the study group and 78.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of nourishing yin and tonifying lung medicine in the treatment of multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis is remarkable,which can effectively improve the immune function of patients and accelerate the transformation of tuberculosis bacteria into negative sputum culture,so as to improve the quality of life of patients.
