个性化人文关怀护理对老年冠心病患者感知控制的影响研究

The Effect of Personalized Humanistic Care on the Perception Control of Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的研究老年冠心病患者采取个性化人文关怀护理对其感知控制的影响。方法选择2017年4月—2019年4月社区卫生服务中心接收的96例老年冠心病患者,遵从随机化原则分成两组,每组48例。常规组予以常规护理,实验组予以个性化人文关怀护理。比较两组护理前后感知控制水平、生活质量与生活活动能力。结果护理后,实验组CAS-R评分为(32.11±3.70)分、WHOQOL评分为(89.56±4.06)分、BADL评分为(85.42±10.13)分,与常规组的(26.94±5.66)分、(84.16±4.62)分与(71.56±9.47)分比较差异有统计学意义(t=5.2970,P<0.05;t=6.0829,P<0.05;t=6.9246,P<0.05)。结论个性化人文关怀护理用于老年冠心病患者中能提高其感知控制水平,还能有效改善生活质量与生活活动能力,临床推广与运用价值高。

Objective To study the effect of personalized humanistic care on perception control of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 96 elderly patients with coronary heart disease received in the hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomization,48 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine nursing,while the experimental group was given personalized humanistic nursing.The perceptual control,quality of life and ability of life activities before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the CAS-R score,WHOQOL score,BADL score and BADL score of the experimental group were(32.11±3.70),89.56±4.06)and(85.42±10.13)respectively,which were significantly different from those of the conventional group(26.94±5.66,84.16±4.62)and(71.56±9.47)(t=5.2970,P<0.05;t=6.0829,P<0.05;t=6.9246,P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized humanistic care for elderly patients with coronary heart disease can improve the level of perception control,but also effectively improve the quality of life and ability of life activities,clinical promotion and application of high value.
