摘要
目的探究ICU特殊护理和氧驱动雾化吸入用于重症肺炎患者中的临床效果。方法通过随机数字表法将南京医科大学第一附属医院2017年1月—2019年1月接收的50例重症肺炎患者随机分为两组,对照组(n=25)行常规护理与治疗,试验组(n=25)行ICU特殊护理结合氧驱动雾化吸入治疗。比较两组血清炎症因子水平、肺功能指标。结果治疗后,试验组IL-6为(58.72±8.24)pg/m L、CRP为(20.62±2.81)mg/L、TNF-α为(20.64±2.83)pg/m L,与对照组的(87.41±12.36)pg/mL、(26.74±3.71)mg/L、(22.35±1.98)pg/mL对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组FVC为(2.22±0.31)L、FEV1为(1.89±0.25)L、FEV1/FVC为(93.84±13.45)%,与对照组的(1.94±0.25)L、(1.60±0.18)L及(85.85±12.33)%相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ICU特殊护理联合氧气动雾化吸入运用在重症肺炎患者中能降低炎症因子水平,使患者的肺功能得到改善,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of ICU special nursing and oxygen-driven aerosol inhalation in patients with severe pneumonia.Methods Fifty patients with severe pneumonia received in the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were divided into two groups by the random number table method.The control group(n=25)received routine nursing,and the experimental group(n=25)received ICU special nursing combined with oxygen-driven atomization inhalation.The levels of serum inflammatory factors and pulmonary function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of IL-6,CRP,TNF-a and TNF-a in the experimental group were(58.72±8.24)pg/mL,20.62±2.81)mg/L,20.64±2.83 pg/mL,and(87.41±12.36)pg/mL,26.74±3.71 mg/L and(22.35±1.98)pg/ml in the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The FVC of the experimental group was(2.22±0.31)L,FEV1 was(1.89±0.25)L,FEV1/FVC was(93.84±13.45)%.There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group(1.94±0.25)L,(1.60±0.18)L and(85.85±12.33)%(P<0.05).Conclusion ICU special nursing combined with oxygen aerosol inhalation can reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients with severe pneumonia and improve the pulmonary function of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
