早期康复护理对老年心肌梗死合并心律失常患者心功能、近期预后效果的影响研究

Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing on Cardiac Function and Short-Term Prognosis of Elderly Patients with Myocardial Infarction and Arrhythmia

目的分析早期康复护理应用老年心肌梗死并心律失常患者对其心功能和近期预后的影响。方法任选90例2016年1月—2019年1月在中国人民解放军总医院治疗的老年心肌梗死并心律失常患者,随机分为两组,每组45例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组应用早期康复护理,比较两组心功能改善情况及预后。结果研究组护理后左室射血分数为(73.4±5.6)%,左室压力上升速度为(1314.6±25.9)mm Hg/s,显著高于对照组的(62.1±4.8)%和(1135.7±26.8)mm Hg/s,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理后每博量、心率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理后ADL评分为(83.7±4.5)分、生活质量评分为(85.7±4.3)分,与对照组各评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度为95.6%,对照组满意度为71.1%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年心肌梗死并心律失常患者实施早期康复护理,能够有效改善患者心功能,提高患者日常生活能力和生活质量,从而增强患者满意度,可推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on cardiac function and short-term prognosis of elderly patients with myocardial infarction and arrhythmia.Methods Ninety elderly patients with myocardial infarction and arrhythmia treated in the hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,while the research group was given early rehabilitation nursing.The improvement of cardiac function and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and the left ventricular pressure(LVP)of the study group were(73.4±5.6)%and(1314.6±25.9)mm Hg/s,which were significantly higher than those of the control group(62.1±4.8)%and(1135.7±26.8)mm Hg/s,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the volume and heart rate between the study group and the control group after nursing(P<0.05).The ADL score and the quality of life score of the study group were(83.7±4.5)and(85.7±4.3)respectively after nursing,which were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.6%,and that of the control group was 71.1%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing for elderly patients with myocardial infarction and arrhythmia can effectively improve their cardiac function,improve their daily living ability and quality of life,thereby enhancing patient satisfaction,and can be popularized and applied.
