医养一体化护理对老年脑卒中后遗症患者康复及负性情绪的影响

Effect of Integrated Medical and Nursing Care on Rehabilitation and Negative Emotions in Elderly Patients with Sequelae of Stroke

目的探讨医养一体化护理对老年脑卒中后遗症患者康复及负性情绪的影响。方法选取2017年1月—2018年1月南部战区总医院收治的老年脑卒中后遗症患者110例,按照1∶1比例分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予医养一体化护理干预,比较两组患者干预前及干预6个月后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分。结果两组患者干预前SAS评分、SDS评分及ADL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预6个月后观察组患者SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组,ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医养一体化护理能有效缓解老年脑卒中后遗症患者焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,提高患者日常生活能力,进而促进患者康复。

Objective To explore the effect of integrated medical and nursing care on rehabilitation and negative emotions in elderly patients with sequelae of stroke.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018,a total of 110 elderly patients with sequelae of stroke were selected in the Southern Theater General Hospital,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to ratio of 1:1,55 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,while the patients in the observation group received integrated medical and nursing care based on routine nursing intervention.The SAS score,SDS score and ADL score were compared between the two groups before intervention and 6 months after intervention.Results There was no statistically significant difference in SAS score,SDS score and ADL score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);6 months after intervention,SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in the control group,and ADL score was statistically significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated medical and nursing care can effectively alleviate the anxiety,depression and other negative emotions in elderly patients with sequelae of stroke,improve the ability of daily life,and then promote the rehabilitation.
