基于统一规范的城域间一卡通资金清结算平台设计 被引量:1

摘要 城域间一卡通资金清结算平台结合市民卡工程建设,在一卡通城市间架起一座联通的桥梁,使得跨区域、异构系统的市民卡消费资金清结算成功实现。平台采用J2EE技术体系架构,B/S结构,通过WebService、消息中间件等消息和文件加密传输技术,构建跨域安全稳定的资金清结算平台。对跨区域一卡通消费的资金清结算过程进行分析,重点对资金的清结算流程和功能进行分析和设计,对平台使用的通讯方式、数据格式、数据约束等均做了深入的分析,实现了消费数据的清分、结算,异常账目的处理等功能,并提出具体的解决方案。跨地域的消费能够及时清结算,大大丰富了市民卡的使用范围,减少了在途的消费处理和资金划拨,促进了城域间的沟通和交流。 A bridge among cities by combining with the construction of citizen card projects are built so as to make between cities and heterogeneous system of citizen card consumption funds distribution and settlement to be reality.The platform adopts J2EE technology architecture and B/S structure,and constructs a crossing-regional secure and stable fund settlement platform through message and file encryption transmission technologies such as Web Service and message middleware.Analyzing the process of distribution and settlement on consumption funds of citizen card between cities,the analysis and design are given.Through the platform we also deeply analyzes the communication mode,data format and data constraints,realizes the functions of distribution,settlement and abnormal account processing of consumption data,and present a set of solution.Crossing-regional consumption can be distributed and settled in time,which may greatly enrich the use scope of citizen card,reduce the consumption processing and fund transfer in transit,and promote the communication and the exchange between the city areas.
