摘要
目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry,ICP-MS)法测定黄芪、山楂、枸杞子、金银花、甘草中铅、砷、汞、镉、铜5种重金属的含量。方法45批样品经微波消解后,采用ICP-MS法同时测定中药材中5种重金属含量,射频功率1550 W,采用KED(Kinetic Energy Discrimination)碰撞模式,碰撞气为氦气,载气为氩气,载气流量0.8 L/min,等离子体气体流量14.0 L/min。结果5种元素线性关系良好(r>0.999),回收率在84.6%~115.3%之间,检出限为0.0001~0.0140 mg/kg,45批次样品中,金银花存在个别样品超标现象。结论该方法简便高效、稳定可靠,可用于多种重金属的质量研究,并为其质量控制和科学监管提供更多依据。
Objective To establish an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)method for the determination of Pb,As,Hg,Cd,Hg in astragali radix,crataegi fructus,lycii fructus,lonicerae japonicae flos and glycyrrhizae radix et rhizome.Methods After microwave digestion of forty-five batches of samples,the contents of five heavy metals in commom TCM decoction pieces were determinationed by ICP-MS.The RF power is 1550 W.Kinetic Energy Discrimination mode is used.The collisional gas was Helium.The carrier gas was Argon with 0.8 L/min,the plasma gas flow rate was 14.0 L/min.Results Five heavy metal elements showed a good linear relationships(r>0.999),whose recoveries were 84.6%~115.3%,the detection limit was 0.0001~0.0140 mg/kg.Among the 45 batches of samples,there were individual samples of lonicerae japonicae flos that exceeded the limit.Conclusion This method is simple,efficient,stable and reliable,which can be used for the quality study of a variety of heavy metals,and provides more basis for its qualiyt control and scientific supervision.
