摘要
在环境监测和公共卫生领域,准确测定水中三氯甲烷含量是至关重要的。本研究针对生活饮用水中三氯甲烷的测定问题,采用气相色谱法(Gas Chromatography,GC)结合顶空手动进样技术进行分析。我们关注了溶剂本底、顶空瓶平衡温度和时间、以及加标方式因素对三氯甲烷测定效果的影响。研究表明,通过优化实验条件,在优化溶剂本底的基础上,50°C下向10 m L样品中加入1 g氯化钠,并平衡30 min作为实验的优化条件,可实现对三氯甲烷的高灵敏度和高准确度检测。
The accurate determination of trichloromethane(chloroform)levels in water is of paramount importance for environmental monitoring and ensuring public health safety.Gas Chromatography(GC)is a prevalent method for analyzing volatile organic compounds such as trichloromethane due to its efficiency and sensitivity.This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the determination of trichloromethane in water using GC,focusing on aspects such as solvent background,equilibrium temperature and time in headspace vials,and the method of standard addition.The study finds that optimizing these parameters significantly enhances the sensitivity and accuracy of trichloromethane detection.Specifically,the incorporation of 1 g sodium chloride into 10mL samples at an equilibrium temperature of 50°C for 30 min was identified as optimal conditions.This paper contributes to refining analytical techniques for monitoring trichloromethane,a critical step towards safeguarding water quality.
