摘要
目的探讨超声波清洗根类中草药当归净洗效果的分析检测方法。方法本文以正交试验设计法为主要试验方法,通过相关试验操作建立超声波清洗当归的净洗效果分析检测方法。结果超声波清洗当归的最佳清洗条件为超声波频率45 kHz、功率300 W、清洗时间20 min、冲洗20 min,并且在清洗时间20 min的条件下,当归净洗后有效成分含量最高。结论在该条件设置的影响下,当归净洗后有效成分含量明显高于未清洗前,此阶段当归表面污染物的含量最少。
Objective To explore the analysis and detection method for the cleaning effect of ultrasonic cleaning of root Chinese herbal medicine Angelica sinensis.Method This article uses orthogonal experimental design as the main experimental method,and establishes an analysis and detection method for the cleaning effect of ultrasonic cleaning of Angelica sinensis through relevant experimental operations.Result The optimal cleaning conditions for ultrasonic cleaning of Angelica sinensis were ultrasonic frequency of 45 kHz,power of 300 W,cleaning time of 20 minutes,and rinsing for 20 minutes.Moreover,under the condition of cleaning time of 20 minutes,the content of active ingredients in Angelica sinensis after cleaning was the highest.Conclusion Under the influence of this condition setting,the content of active ingredients in Angelica sinensis after cleaning is significantly higher than before,and the content of surface pollutants in Angelica sinensis is the lowest at this stage.
