食品药品检测机构化学实验室质量控制要点分析

摘要 食品药品质量安全与人民群众生产生活密不可分,食品药品检测机构承担着保障食品药品质量安全的重任。化学实验室作为食品药品检验机构是开展实验检测工作的重要场所,在食品药品抽查检测过程中,涉及到较多的化学指标,化学指标参数是否合格对检测结果影响重大。为此,加强对食品药品检测机构化学实验室质量控制,有利于提高试验检测结果的准确性、及时性和有效性。当前食品药品行业发展迅速,各种不同类别的食品药品出现在社会中,食品药品检测技术和方法也在日趋完善,但就整体而言化学实验室承担的任务还是比较艰巨,化学实验室运行的风险较高。本文就食品药品检验机构化学实验室质量控制的现状进行分析,进而重点分析了化学实验室质量控制要点,以供检测同行参考。 Food and drug quality and safety are closely related to the production and life of the people,and food and drug testing institutions bear the important responsibility of food and drug quality and safety.As an important place for food and drug inspection institutions to carry out experimental testing work,chemical laboratories involve many chemical indicators in the process of food and drug random inspection and testing.Whether the chemical indicator parameters are qualified or not has a significant impact on the testing results.Therefore,strengthening the quality control of chemical laboratories in food and drug testing institutions is beneficial for improving the accuracy,timeliness,and effectiveness of experimental testing results.The current food and drug industry is developing rapidly,with various types of food and drugs appearing in society.Food and drug testing technology and methods are also becoming increasingly perfect.However,overall,the tasks undertaken by chemical laboratories are still relatively arduous,and the risks of operating chemical laboratories are relatively high.This article focuses on the analysis of the current situation of quality control in chemical laboratories of food and drug inspection institutions,and then conducts research on the key points of quality control in chemical laboratories for reference by peers in testing.
