摘要
传动系磨合清洗油用于商用车变速箱和车桥生产下线前的磨合工序,需满足相应的磨合需求并将机械加工和磨合过程产生的微小金属碎屑清洗带出。结合油品性能需求与低黏化趋势,利用BP神经网络辅助优化配方设计,本文研制了一款兼具优秀低温流动性与高承载能力的低黏度传动系磨合清洗油,能够满足广泛地区汽车主机厂在冬季寒冷气候下的传动系生产需求。
Transmission system cleaning oils for running-in are used in the running-in process of commercial vehicle gearboxes and axles,which need to meet the corresponding running-in requirements and clean out the tiny metal debris generated by the machining and runningin process.Combining the oil performance requirements and the trend of low viscosity,and using BP neural network to assist in optimizing the formulation design,in this study we develop a low viscosity transmission system cleaning oil for running-in with excellent low-temperature fluidity and high load-bearing capacity,which is able to meet the transmission system production requirements of vehicle OEMs in cold winter climate in a wide range of regions.
