摘要
本文对市场上4款不同润滑油品牌推出的混动专用机油以及4款常规中档SP/GF-6A 0W-20汽油机油产品进行了分析和考察。通过对质量规格以及抗磨性、高温氧化安定性、低温性、乳化保持性、抗腐蚀性、剪切安定性6个关键性能指标进行对比,结果表明混动专用机油均满足SP/GF-6A规格,黏度等级以0W-20为主,各品牌混动机油产品在乳化保持性、抗腐蚀性、高温氧化安定性方面表现出色,在抗磨性、低温性、剪切安定性等方面与中档SP/GF-6A 0W-20全合成汽油机油产品性能表现基本相当。
This article analyzed 4 hybrid engine oils and 4 mid-range SP/GF-6A 0W-20 engine oils launched by different lubricant brands on the market.By the comparison of technical specifications and 6 key performance indicators,including wear resistance,oxidation resistance,low-temperature performance,emulsification retention,corrosion resistance,shear stability,it is shown that all of the selected hybrid engine oils,the viscosity of which mainly being 0W-20,meet SP/GF-6A requirements.Compared with mid-range SP/GF-6A 0W-20 gasoline engine oils,4 hybrid engine oils have excellent performance in emulsification retention,corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance.However,The performance in terms of wear resistance,low-temperature performance,shear stability,etc.is basically equivalent.
