玫瑰痤疮是一种多种因素诱导的慢性炎症性疾病,迄今为止病因不明。近年来皮肤微生态失调被认为是玫瑰痤疮的一个重要因素。越来越多的临床研究表明,微生态紊乱可能与玫瑰痤疮发生和加重有关。该文就玫瑰痤疮微生态失调的研究现状及抗微生物治疗在玫瑰痤疮中的作用作一综述。

Rosacea is a chronic inflammatory disease induced by multiple factors,the cause of which is unknown so far.In recent years,skin microbial dysbiosis has been recognized as an important factor of rosacea.More and more clinical studies have shown that microecological disorders may be related to the occurrence and aggravation of rosacea.This article mainly reviews the research status of rosacea microecological disorders and the role of antimicrobial therapy in rosacea.
