改良甲侧缘挂线置管法治疗嵌甲性甲沟炎20例疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of 20 cases of nail inlaid paronychias treated by modified nail edge hanging wire catheter

目的探索一种简便、疗效好、创伤小、预后良好的治疗嵌甲性甲沟炎的手术方法。方法选取2020年8月—2021年8月20例足第1趾嵌甲性甲沟炎患者共33处嵌甲,采用改良甲侧缘挂线置管法治疗,随访6个月,观察治疗效果、创面恢复和复发情况。结果采用改良甲侧缘挂线置管法手术治疗1个月后,20例患者疼痛明显缓解,趾甲边缘未再出现红肿、化脓。治疗2~3个月后,内置的皮条跟随趾甲的生长,经修剪后恢复为正常趾甲形态。结论改良后的甲侧缘挂线法治疗嵌甲性甲沟炎操作简单,创伤小,伤口愈合快,治愈率高,复发少。

Objective To explore a simple,effective,small trauma,good prognosis for the treatment of alpha-paronychias.Methods From August 2020 to August 2021,20 patients with onychomycosis were selected from the first toe of the foot with 33 onychomycosis.The modified nail edge hanging wire catheter method was adopted.The patients were followed up for 6 months to observe the treatment effect,wound recovery and recurrence.Results After one month of treatment,20 patients had obvious relief of pain and no redness and abscess at the toenail edge.After 2~3 months of treatment,the built-in pail grew and returned to normal shape after pruning.Conclusion The modified nail edge hanging suture method for the treatment of nail innervation paronychia has the advantages of simple operation,small wound,quick wound healing,high cure rate and less recurrence,which is worth promoting in clinical practice.
