摘要
目的评价硫康唑纳米乳对体癣豚鼠模型的疗效。方法以地塞米松抑制免疫,胶带剥离法损伤皮肤,分2次接种须癣毛癣菌,建立豚鼠体癣模型。用硫康唑纳米乳予以治疗,以联苯苄唑乳膏和纳米乳基质分别作为阳性和阴性对照。采用皮损评分、真菌镜检、真菌培养、皮肤组织病理4个指标从临床表现、病原学、组织病理学等方面进行评价。结果硫康唑纳米乳显示出良好的治疗效果,与联苯苄唑乳膏相比差异无统计学意义。结论硫康唑纳米乳抗真菌效应不弱于联苯苄唑乳膏,有望成为一个可能的临床选项。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of sulconazole nanoemulsion in guinea pigs of tinea corporis.Methods Dexamethasone was used to suppress immunity,and the skin barrier was damaged by tape peeling.Then the model of tinea corporis was established by inoculating trichophyton mentagrophyte.The guinea pigs were treated with sulconazole nanoemulsion.Bifonazole cream and nanoemulsion matrix were used as positive and negative controls,respectively.The skin lesion score,fungal microscopic examination,fungal culture and skin pathology from the aspects of clinical manifestation,etiology and pathology were evaluated.Results Sulconazole nanoemulsion showed good therapeutic effect.There was no statistical difference when compared with bifonazole cream.Conclusion The antifungal effect of sulconazole nanoemulsion is not weaker than bifonazole cream,and is expected to be a possible clinical option.
