新时代高校基层党建融入师德师风建设探析

Research on the Integration of Grass-roots Party Building into the Construction of Teachers'Morality and Ethics in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

教育大计,教师为本;教师大计,师德为本。党的二十大报告明确指出要加强师德师风建设,培养高素质教师队伍。高校是立德树人的主阵地,高质量推进高校师德师风建设,是一项战略工程、固本工程、铸魂工程,事关全面贯彻党的教育方针,事关中国特色社会主义事业薪火相传。加强高校基层党建,以党建工作引领师德师风建设是把牢社会主义的办学方向、办好人民满意教育的重中之重。从高校基层党建融入师德师风建设的时代意蕴出发,针对现阶段高校需突破的现实困境,探索出“统领式”“指引式”“交互式”“协作式”融合路径,促进高校基层党建与师德师风建设的有机融合和协同发展。对标新时代新形势要求,打造政治信仰坚定、职业操守纯正、专业能力过硬的教师队伍,切实引导高校教师以德立身、以德立学、以德施教,当好大学生成长的引路人。

The effectiveness of education lies on teachers,and furthermore lies on teachers'ethics.The report of the 20th Party Congress clearly states that it is necessary to strengthen the construction of teachers'morality and to cultivate highquality teaching staff.Colleges and universities are the main places for establishing teachers'morality.Promoting the construction of teachers'morality in colleges and universities with high quality,is a strategic,fundamental and soul-casting project,which is related to the full implementation of the Party's education policy.Strengthening the grass-roots party building in colleges and universities and leading the construction of teachers'morality and ethics with party building work is the most important thing to keep the socialist direction of running schools and running a good education to the satisfaction of the people.Starting from the epochal implication of the integration of grass-roots party building into the construction of teachers'morality and ethics in colleges and universities,basing on the pressing issues that universities should overcome at this stage,this study explores the integration paths of"unifying","guiding","interactive"and"collaborative"to promote the integration and synergistic development of grass-roots party building and the construction of teachers'morality and ethics in colleges and universities.In line with the requirements of the times,the study proposes to create high-quality teaching staff,guide college teachers always be good examples for young college students.
