摘要
本文针对高校毕业生慢就业现象进行了深入研究,发现心理因素是导致这一现象的重要诱因之一。通过对毕业生的调查和访谈,发现他们在就业过程中存在着诸多心理问题,如就业压力过大、自我认知不足、职业规划不清等。针对这些问题,本文提出了通过心理干预调整就业心态、依凭职业规划指导调整就业观念、积极实践提升竞争力、根据供求关系调节人才培养政策等四个方面对弱化自我妨碍促进就业提出范式逻辑变革。
An in-depth research on the phenomenon of slow employment among college graduates was conducted and the result showed that psychological factor is one of the important causes of this phenomenon.Through surveys and interviews with graduates,it is found that they have various psychological problems in the process of employment,such as excessive employment pressure,insufficient self-awareness,unclear career planning.To address these issues,this paper proposes a paradigm logic change to weaken self-handicapping and promote employment from four aspects,such as adjusting employment mentality through psychological intervention,adjusting employment concept according to career planning guidance,actively practicing to enhance competitiveness,and adjusting talent training policy according to supply and demand.
