安徽省提升生态农业金融支持水平对策研究

Research on Countermeasures for Improving the Financial Support Level of Ecological Agriculture in Anhui Province

安徽省作为中国典型的农业省份和重要的粮食主产区之一,推动其生态农业发展对于当地实现农业现代化、提升农业经济效益至关重要。针对金融支持生态农业发展,安徽省在相关政策体系建设、支持模式构建、部门协作联动等方面取得一定进展。但还面临金融支持投入不足、金融供给品种单一、金融支持环境欠佳、金融支持结构失衡等障碍。究其原因,主要在于当前对生态农业的认识相对有限、金融产品的创新性相对不足、金融资源的配置相对不合理。为进一步提升安徽省生态农业金融支持水平,促进其生态农业健康稳定发展,可采取优化生态农业金融支持政策措施、创新生态农业金融产品、改善生态农业金融支持环境、健全生态农业金融支持体系等措施。

As a typical agricultural province and an important grain producing area in China,promoting the development of ecological agriculture in Anhui province is crucial for achieving agricultural modernization and improving agricultural economic benefits.With regard to financial support for the development of ecological agriculture,Anhui province has made some progress in the construction of the relevant policy system,the construction of the support mode,and department collaboration.However,it also faces obstacles such as insufficient financial support investment,single financial supply varieties,poor financial support environment,and imbalanced financial support structure.The main reason for this is that the current understanding of ecological agriculture is relatively limited,the innovation of financial products is relatively insufficient,and the allocation of financial resources is relatively unreasonable.In order to further enhance the level of financial support for ecological agriculture in Anhui province and promote the healthy and stable development of its ecological agriculture,this paper proposed the following suggestions,such as effective measures such as optimizing ecological agriculture financial support policies,innovating ecological agriculture financial supply products,improving the ecological agriculture financial support environment,and improving the ecological agriculture financial support system.
