Research on Collision and Symbiosis of Ecology and Livelihood:Also Discussing the Ten-year Fishing Ban in the Yangtze River Basin

生态和生计形成共生关系,生计改善促进生态保护,生态保护促进生计改善。以生态保护为目标的长江流域“十年禁渔”成为重要战略,长江流域“十年禁渔”是人与自然和谐共生现代化重要实践,影响长江流域渔民可持续生计。在剖析生态与生计关系基础上,提出长江流域“十年禁渔”政策实施与渔民可持续生计实现对策建议,旨在促进长江大保护和保障渔民可持续生计。

Ecology and livelihoods form a symbiotic relationship,in which improved livelihoods contributes to ecological protection and ecological protection contributes to improved livelihoods.The ten-year ban on fishing in the Yangtze River Basin,which aims at ecological protection,is an important strategy and an important practice of harmonious coexistence between human beings and nature,and affects the sustainable livelihoods of fishermen in the Yangtze River Basin.On the basis of analyzing the relationship between ecology and livelihoods,this study proposes countermeasures for the implementation of the"ten-year fishing ban"policy in the Yangtze River basin and the realization of sustainable livelihoods for fishermen,with the aim of promoting the great protection of the Yangtze River and guaranteeing sustainable livelihoods for fishermen.
