新时代高校意识形态建设面临的挑战及应对策略

Challenges and Coping Strategies for Ideological Construction in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

意识形态工作是党的一项极端重要的工作,事关党的前途命运,事关国家长治久安,事关民族凝聚力和向心力。新时代高校意识形态建设面临诸多挑战,如何应对成为当前意识形态建设的重要课题。本研究深入剖析高校意识形态建设在意识形态凝聚力、意识形态权威、意识形态引领力三方面面临的挑战,从社会转型对凝聚力建设产生影响、网络传播副作用冲击主流价值权威性、国际意识形态斗争波及引领力塑造三个角度分析高校社会主义意识形态建设面临挑战的原因,提出关注话语对象现实诉求、完善意识形态网络运行机制、推动意识形态话语体系升级等应对策略。以期为高校意识形态建设实践中应对各类挑战提供借鉴。

Ideological work is an extremely important work of the Party,bearing on the future and destiny of the Party,the long-term stability of the country,and the cohesion and centripetal force of the nation.The ideological construction of colleges and universities in the new era is faced with many challenges,and how to deal with them has become an important issue in the current ideological construction.This study makes an in-depth analysis of the challenges faced by the ideological construction of colleges and universities in three aspects:ideological cohesion,ideological authority,and ideological leadership,and analyzes the reasons for the challenges faced by the socialist ideological construction of colleges and universities from three perspectives:the impact of social transformation on the construction of cohesion,the impact of the side effects of network communication on the ideological authority,and the impact of international ideological struggle on the shaping of the leading force.In order to provide reference for universities to cope with various challenges in the practice of ideological construction,this paper puts forward some coping strategies,such as paying attention to the realistic demands of discourse objects,improving the operating mechanism of ideological network,and promoting the upgrading of ideological discourse system.
