乡村振兴视域下“三农”短视频传播研究

Research on the Dissemination of Short Videos Concerning Agriculture Rural Area and Farmers from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

随着我国互联网的不断发展,以网络传播为基础的短视频反映乡村方方面面,成为乡村振兴的一股重要推动力量,为乡村振兴开辟更广的通道。新政策引领、新媒体崛起、乡村文化与短视频有效融合使“三农”短视频具有传播基础。目前“三农”短视频传播内容包括传播文化技艺,树立农民新形象;立足特色农业板块,促进农村经济发展;展现乡村生活,共建社会主义新农村等,但“三农”短视频发展在政府传播管理政策、短视频平台质量把控和创作者专业素质水平等方面面临一些亟待解决的问题。对此,可以通过政府加强网络文明建设、正确引导“三农”短视频发展;支持“三农”板块,完善平台监管政策;提高创作者媒介素养,提升短视频叙事水平等推动“三农”短视频良性健康发展。

With the continuous development of the Internet in China,short videos which based on online dissemination and reflecting various aspects of rural areas,become an important driving force for rural revitalization and open up broader channels for rural revitalization.The guidance of new policies,the rise of new media,and the effective integration of rural culture and short videos lay great foundation for the dissemination of"agriculture,rural areas,and farmers"short videos.At present,the short video concerning"agriculture,rural areas,and farmers"includes spreading cultural skills and establishing new images of farmers;promote rural economic development based on characteristic agriculture,showing rural life and promoting the construction of the new socialist countryside;meanwhile there exists lots of problems in this process,which includes government communication managing policies,short video platforms quality control,and the uploader professional quality.At last,this paper proposed several suggestions,which includes strengthening the construction of network civilization,guiding the direction of"agriculture,rural areas,and farmers"short videos;improve platform regulatory policies;Improve creativity of uploaders;improve the quality of short videos,and promote the healthy development of"agriculture,rural areas,and farmers"short videos.
