The Intervention of Social Work in Ideological and Political Education of Graduate Students:Feasibility,Problems and Paths

传统研究生思想政治教育在学校、教师和学生三个层面面临重重困境。根据社会工作与研究生思想政治教育在目标、理念、方法和功能方面的共通性,针对学校、教师、学生三个层面存在的政策理解不透彻、教育规划不合理、教育体制不完善等问题,从社会工作视角着力进行突破,学校层面应健全教育体系、创新教育模式、强化服务意识,教师层面应厘清课程与思政关系、强化教育责任、优化考核标准,研究生层面应结合个案、小组与社区开展思想政治教育工作。合理运用个案、小组和社区三大工作方法,发挥研究生主体作用,健全思想政治教育队伍,通过社会实践拓展研究生思想政治教育新形式,将社会工作的理念与方法融入研究生思想政治教育,有助于增强思想政治教育的针对性、科学性和实效性。

The traditional ideological and political education of graduate students is confronted with many difficulties in the universities,teachers and students.Based on the commonality of social work and postgraduate ideological and political education in objectives,ideas,methods and functions,aiming at the problems existing in the three levels of schools,teachers and students,such as incomplete understanding of policies,unreasonable education planning and imperfect education system,it is necessary to make breakthroughs from the perspective of social work,improve the education system,innovate the education mode and strengthen the service consciousness at the school level,clarify the relationship between curriculum and ideological and political education,strengthen the responsibility of education and optimize the assessment standards at the teacher level,and carry out ideological and political education in combination with individual cases,groups and communities at the postgraduate level.It is helpful to enhance the pertinence,scientificity and effectiveness of ideological and political education by reasonably using the three working methods of case,group and community,giving full play to the main role of students,perfecting the team of ideological and political education,expanding the new form of ideological and political education for postgraduates through social practice,and integrating the ideas and methods of social work into the ideological and political education for postgraduates.
