基于研究生科研创新能力培养的分子植物病理学课程优化和改革

摘要 新时代推动高等教育创新发展,需要进行多主体、多层次的立体式、融合式创新。研究生教育则更应注重加强学术训练,培养其原始创新能力,引导和推动他们投身科研融合创新活动。研究生课程优化和改革作为完善研究生教育体制建设的根本措施之一,对推动我国创新型人才培养,把握现代教育发展机遇具有重要意义。分子植物病理学作为众多农业院校硕士研究生的学位必修课,对提高研究生将分子生物学相关理论知识与方法灵活运用植物病理学研究中的能力具有重要的意义。但目前分子植物病理学课程中存在着与本科课程衔接性差、教学与考核方式单一以及理论学习与科研应用联系不紧密等问题。本文针对以上问题,本文系统地提出了重点讲授研究生所涉领域的课程内容、研究生以讲授方式参与授课、增加平时成绩、增设开放式试题等,以科研实践促进理论学习和积极引导研究生用所学理论指导科研活动的课程改革方案。所采取的改革措施紧紧围绕研究生培养目标和培养方案,创新教学内容和方式,做到科研与教学相互依托,在强化学习理论知识的基础上,培养了研究生科学研究和创新能力。 To promote the innovation and development of higher education in the new era,it is necessary to carry out multi-subject,multi-level,three-dimensional and integrated innovation.The graduate student education should pay more attention to strengthening academic training,cultivating their original innovation ability,guiding and promoting them to participate in scientific research integration and innovation activities.As one of the fundamental measures to improve the construction of the graduate education system,the optimization and reform of graduate courses is of great significance to promoting the cultivation of innovative talents in our country and grasping the development opportunities of modern education.Molecular Plant Pathology,as a compulsory course for graduates in many agricultural colleges,is of great significance for improving the ability of graduates to flexibly apply the theoretical knowledge and methods related to molecular biology in phytopathology research.But there are many problems in the current Molecular Plant Pathology course such as poor curriculum cohesion,single teaching and assessment methods,and the lack of close connection between theoretical learning and scientific research application.This paper puts forward the reform plan of curriculum,such as focuses on teaching the contents closed related to research of graduate students,graduate students participate in teaching,increase scores related to daily performance,add test questions without standard answers,and promote graduate students to study more theoretical contents to continue their scientific research.The reform measures proposed in this paper closely focus on the graduate training objectives,innovate teaching content and methods to achieve mutual dependence between scientific research and theoretical learning,to cultivate postgraduate scientific research and innovative ability.
